btech agricultural and environmental engineering

The BTech Agricultural and Environmental Engineering programme integrates engineering principles with agricultural and environmental sciences. It focuses on developing sustainable solutions for agricultural production, natural resource management, and environmental protection. Students learn to design, develop, and manage systems for irrigation, drainage, soil and water conservation, agricultural machinery, renewable energy, and waste management. The programme also emphasizes the environmental impact of agricultural practices and seeks to minimize pollution and promote ecological sustainability. Graduates will be equipped to address the challenges of food security, climate change, and environmental degradation in Ghana and beyond.
