The BSc Water and Sanitation program is a multidisciplinary course designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the critical challenges of water resource management, sanitation, and public health in Ghana and beyond. The program integrates engineering principles, environmental science, public health concepts, and social considerations to provide a holistic understanding of the water and sanitation sector. Students will learn about water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, solid waste management, hygiene promotion, and the sustainable management of water resources. Emphasis is placed on practical applications, community engagement, and the development of innovative solutions to improve water and sanitation services.
