The BSc Petrochemical Engineering programme is designed to equip students with a strong foundation in chemical engineering principles and specialized knowledge in the processing and utilization of petroleum and natural gas. This interdisciplinary program combines chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, and materials science to address the challenges of the petrochemical industry. Students will learn about the exploration, production, refining, and transportation of oil and gas, as well as the manufacturing of petrochemical products such as plastics, fertilizers, and synthetic fibers. The curriculum emphasizes process design, optimization, safety, and environmental sustainability.
