The BSc Occupational Therapy program is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors necessary to become competent and ethical occupational therapists. Occupational therapy focuses on helping individuals of all ages and abilities to participate in the activities they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities (occupations). The program integrates theoretical learning with practical clinical experience to prepare graduates for a variety of healthcare settings. Students will learn to assess, plan, and implement interventions to promote health, well-being, and participation in life for individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions.
