The BSc Food Systems programme is an interdisciplinary field that examines the interconnectedness of food production, processing, distribution, consumption, and waste management. It provides students with a holistic understanding of the food value chain, addressing issues of sustainability, nutrition, food security, and the economic and social impacts of food systems.
