The BSc. Food and Clothing programme is a multidisciplinary programme designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the science, technology, and socio-economic aspects of food and clothing production, processing, and consumption. The programme integrates principles from food science, nutrition, textile science, fashion design, and consumer behavior. Students will learn about food composition, preservation, and safety; textile manufacturing, design, and marketing; and the impact of food and clothing choices on human health, the environment, and the economy. The goal is to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills to address challenges in the food and clothing industries and contribute to sustainable development.
