The BSc Facilities Management programme is a multidisciplinary course designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage and maintain buildings, infrastructure, and services effectively and efficiently. It covers aspects of engineering, architecture, business administration, and environmental science to ensure that facilities operate smoothly, safely, and sustainably. Students will learn about building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), space planning, project management, maintenance strategies, risk management, sustainability practices, and relevant regulations. The programme prepares graduates to oversee the entire lifecycle of a facility, from planning and construction to operation and decommissioning.
