The BSc Environment and Public Health programme is an interdisciplinary course designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to address pressing environmental and public health challenges in Ghana and beyond. This programme integrates concepts from environmental science, public health, and related fields to provide a holistic understanding of the complex interactions between the environment and human health. Students will learn about environmental pollution, disease transmission, environmental policy, health promotion, and sustainable development, enabling them to develop and implement effective solutions for protecting both the environment and public health. The program emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, preparing students for careers in government agencies, non-governmental organizations, research institutions, and the private sector.
