The BSc Development Management programme is a multidisciplinary course designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and analytical tools necessary to understand and address complex development challenges in Ghana, Africa, and globally. It focuses on the theories, policies, and practices of development, with an emphasis on sustainable and equitable development. Students will learn about economic development, social development, environmental sustainability, governance, and project management, among other critical areas. The programme provides a strong foundation in social sciences, complemented by practical skills in research, policy analysis, and programme implementation. Graduates will be prepared to work in a variety of development-related roles in government, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, and the private sector.
