The BSc Catering and Hospitality Education programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to excel as educators and professionals in the catering and hospitality industry. The programme provides a comprehensive understanding of culinary arts, hospitality management, educational principles, and instructional methods. Students will learn to plan, prepare, and present food and beverage products; manage hospitality operations; design and deliver effective instruction; and assess student learning. This programme prepares graduates to teach catering and hospitality subjects in secondary and tertiary institutions, as well as to assume leadership roles in the hospitality sector.
