The BSc Aquaculture and Water Resources Management program is an interdisciplinary degree designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to sustainably manage aquatic resources, focusing on both aquaculture production and the responsible stewardship of water resources. This program integrates principles from biology, chemistry, ecology, engineering, and economics to address the challenges of food security, environmental conservation, and sustainable development in the context of Ghana and beyond. Students will learn about fish farming techniques, water quality management, aquatic ecosystem dynamics, and the socio-economic aspects of aquaculture and water resource use.
