The Bachelor of Education (Early Grade Education) programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to become effective teachers of children in the early years (KG to Primary 3). The programme focuses on child development, early literacy and numeracy, effective pedagogical practices, and creating inclusive learning environments. Students will learn how to assess children's learning, plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons, and collaborate with parents and other stakeholders to support children's holistic development. The programme emphasizes hands-on learning experiences, including practicum placements in early childhood settings.
