The Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to become effective and passionate educators of young children (ages 0-8). This programme focuses on child development theories, developmentally appropriate practices, curriculum design, assessment strategies, and inclusive education. Students will learn how to create stimulating and nurturing learning environments that foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. The program emphasizes hands-on experiences through practicum placements in diverse early childhood settings. It also prepares students to be advocates for young children and their families, and to contribute to the advancement of the early childhood education field in Ghana.
