The BA Social Work program is designed to equip students with the knowledge, values, and skills necessary to address complex social issues and promote well-being at individual, family, group, organizational, and community levels. The program focuses on understanding social problems within the Ghanaian context and globally, applying social work theories and methods to intervention, and advocating for social justice and human rights. Students will learn about human development, social policy, research methods, and ethical practice, preparing them to become effective and ethical social work practitioners.
