The Bachelor of Arts in Social Work programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge, values, and skills necessary to promote social justice, alleviate human suffering, and improve the quality of life for individuals, families, groups, and communities in Ghana and beyond. The programme focuses on understanding social problems, human behavior, social welfare policies, and intervention strategies. Students will learn about ethical practice, advocacy, community development, research methods, and the application of social work principles in diverse settings.
