The BA in Planning and Social Development is an interdisciplinary programme designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to address complex social, economic, and environmental challenges in Ghana and beyond. It combines theoretical frameworks from planning, sociology, economics, and development studies with practical tools for policy analysis, project management, and community engagement. Students will learn about the principles of sustainable development, social justice, and participatory governance, and how to apply these principles to real-world problems such as poverty reduction, urban planning, environmental management, and social inclusion.
